I was very disappointed with the quality. So much so that I wrote to customer service. We have purchased many of the ARCM no tail diapers for our Frenchie in the past few years and was surprised by the new decline in quality and fit. I had been so impressed in the past by the quality, durability and fit. However the new ones are lacking in every sense. The fit now includes a useless Velcro strip on the outside which exposed will catch debris. The diaper is much thinner therefore less absorbent (we always use a liner but I expect the diaper to absorb any excess urine). And the front and back inside flaps that help secure the liner have been eliminated. All of the compromises equal an inferior product I will not buy again! I am one dissatisfied long time customer that does not appreciate cutting corners resulting in an inferior product.
