Yes! We offer worldwide shipping and will process your order within 48 hours upon receipt. Depending on your location, please allow 10-14 days after shipping to receive your order.

ARCM Pets is not responsible for additional customs fees upon receipt of your package. These charges are sometimes observed for shipments outside of the USA. Please check with your customs office to avoid additional charges.

We allow returns on unused products within 14 days of purchase for store credit.

Our Cheekies are designed with 3 microfiber layers built into them to help protect your furbabies from leaks and staying dry for light flow use. For medium to heavy flow we offer special bamboo charcoal pad inserts that have 2 outer layers of bamboo charcoal and 3 inner layers of microfiber to help with additional absorbency. We recommend changing the bamboo charcoal pads every 3-4 hours depending on the flow level. This will ensure your furbabies stays dry and reduces the number of times you need to change the Cheeky.

Our diapers are designed to naturally hug your furbabies curves, with built-in gussets along the legs and waist band. However, if you have a little houdini, our Jumpies (suspenders) offer a perfect solution! Jumpies’ design prioritizes your furbabies comfort and safety while keeping their cheekies secured! Perfect to help prevent those nasty tricks.

Our Cheekies are strategically designed with extra layers to help prevent leaks. For a heavier flow we recommend purchasing our bamboo charcoal inserts to increase the absorbency and keep your furbabies dry.

Our Cheekies have a sewn in pad with 3 microfiber layers to aid with light to moderate flow absorbency. We also offer washable bamboo charcoal pad inserts with 2 bamboo charcoal layers on the outside and 3 microfiber layers on the inside for medium to heavy flow absorbency.  These inserts can also be used instead of the sewn in liner to reduce the number of times you need to change the diaper.

Of course! Our products were designed with the thought of making life easier for our fellow pawrents. Toss them in the washer with cold water. To reduce shrinkage, line dry when possible or tumble dry on low. We recommend refraining from bleach to help preserve the stylish design.
